I did not receive my "Exclusive GRAPES LE Custom' shoelaces. I ordered on 7/29/2025 and it's now 9/8/2025. I reached out through their email and there was no response. I then reached out through their Instagram, @sneakerheads_clothing_line and was told they would reship my order on 8/14/2025. On 8/20/2025 I reach back out and I asked when will the laces be shipped. No response. I reached out again on 8/23/2025 requesting to either refund my money back, send the laces, or I will report to my credit card. Then, I received a response saying they shipped it today. They had to "investigate" with "usps". I asked for a tracking number and he said I will receive an email. The next day I received an email from them saying they shipped it but there was no tracking number or any proof they actually shipped it. I reached out again on 8/25/2025 requesting a tracking number. I was told because I chose the cheapest shipping there is no tracking number. I explained that if you ship anything your are supposed to receive a tracking number, especially as a business. I was told the weight of the shoelaces were under 1oz therefore they weren't giving a tracking number, but I will receive them this week. (Indicating I paid a $5 dollar shipping fee from them to put the shoelaces in an envelope and mail them to me for FREE, but still charged me 5 bucks.) I reached back out over a week later on 9/2/2025 saying I still have not received my order and this is why a tracking number is so important I have yet to receive a response and today is 9/8/2025. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!
