Lack of attention to details

I placed an order that was already overpriced for a set of laces and the order was wrong. It SPECIFICALLY states that I wanted OVAL/ROPE laces and I was sent FLAT laces. I reached out for assistance on how to make an exchange or other options and come to find out, all sales are final.

Bad enough your “GOT’M” sweatsuit set sizes are completely off, but this is the final straw. This company is not well-organized and yet claim to support the Sneaker Culture. This is a shame.
